A man has built a luxurious "dream house" for his dog in a remarkable display of love for his furry companion.

The man behind this lavish creation is YouTuber Brent Rivera, hailing from California, who proudly shared this unique home improvement project with his whopping 26.5 million subscribers.

The 25-year-old content creator added a caption to the video, which has garnered nearly seven million views.

"I BUILT A $25,000 DREAM DOG HOUSE!!"

Brent further revealed that he made the extravagant investment in the deluxe living arrangement as a special birthday gift for his beloved dog, Charly, on her first birthday.

In the video, he tells his subscribers: "It was extremely hard for me because I felt like I would never have a dog like that again."

"That was until Charly came into my life. She'll never be Becker, but she is amazing in her way. So I wanted to do something special for her first birthday."

Brent said, "I thought it was time she deserved an upgrade," before he and his friend headed to the shops to pick up the supplies they needed to get cracking with the home renovation project.

After a speedy do-it-yourself (DIY) montage, Brent gave his viewers a tour of the completed project.

To add a final touch of homeliness, Brent placed a sign outside the dog house with golden lettering that read, "Charly's House."

"People are going to be like, 'You spoiled her,'" Brent says in the video before adding: "No, I'm just appreciative."

His friend adds, "This is spoiling for sure."
